Care for Stainless Steel Tumblers
Hand wash only. Air dry or pat dry. Tumblers are NOT dishwasher or microwave safe. Do not soak your tumbler in any form of liquid. Leaving your tumbler in the fridge, or freezer can result in breaking the vacuum seal which will not keep your drinks hot or cold. Please do not leave in hot temperatures (like your car) as the epoxy might soften. I am not responsible for misuse of any items. It is your responsibility for caring for your tumbler to produce a long lasting tumbler.
Date requests/Updates/Name changes or additions
Before paying please let me know if you need your MTO order done by a specific date or write it in the notes section as you checkout. If you placed your order and you didn't mention you needed it by a specific date, I can't be held responsible for orders not being done by your desired date. Please make sure names are CORRECTLY spelled. I don't accept additions after your order is placed.
Order Changes
You may change the name or color of your order within 24 hours after order is placed. Any time after that I will assume that everything looks correct and we are all set to go.
Shipping on all orders
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS priority mail. Shipping takes anywhere from 1-3 business days depending on where you are located in the US. This does not include holidays, Sundays or any other delays regarding weather/USPS/UPS delays. Due to Covid, packages can take longer than the expected delivery time. Tracking is included and will be provided to you. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES ONCE IT IS IN THE HANDS OF UPS/USPS. In the event your package comes damaged please send me photos immediately of the damages.
Make sure and double check your shipping address. I can not be held responsible for address incorrections. If a package comes back to me because of wrongful address input, this will result in additional shipping costs in order for me to ship it back out.
Beauty of imperfections disclaimer
All items made by me are handmade with love and care. Please understand items by nature and the art of learning and growing, may have some minor imperfections, flaws, and small bumps, ETC. I try my best to make sure all items are made to the best of my ability and double checked before sending out. Any item you purchased is one of a kind. There are no two handmade items that are exactly the same, nor are perfect to a T. Any cups that are solid color with no glitter may have little specks of glitter due to a craft room filled with glitter and a whole lot of glitter being used on other cups.
